The fastest way to get help is our Slack community. Early users and the team are there every day.
Asking a good question
Section titled “Asking a good question”You’ll get an answer faster if you include:
- the project name (its slug) and the release number, for example
my-shopv7 - what you ran: the command, or the push that triggered the deploy
- the error or the last lines of the log
- whether it worked before, and what changed
Never paste access keys, tokens or the contents of your environment variables.
